For reasons unknown to him, Crowley always felt the need to walk on the man-made roads as opposed to just walking all willy-nilly through the grasses and shrubs. Was it because domestication had still set in the minds of this generation? He shrugged off the thought, taking careful steps over some broken glass that had found itself along his path. Curious as to why there were shards of the sharp mass he glanced upwards, his spotted muzzle pointing at a broken out window of a familiar building.
It was no surprise that the building looked familiar. After all, he had been roaming these lands for some time now, he was sure he had at least partially noticed all of the landmarks it had to offer. With peeked interest, he carefully made his way up to the large door.
The door itself stood partially opened, a tempting offer for one to explore the unknown. Ears perked and amber eyes bright, he shoved his muzzle through the partial opening and proceeded to widen the entry way. A small smile crossed over his lips at his success. Carelessly, he proceeded inside.
Darkened ears perked up, he took in all of the echoes of his own claws and pads hitting the tiled flooring. His eyes were wide with wonder. Glancing around a corner he noticed a particular room that was much unlike all of the others. This one had large, ebony sinks and some locked stalls - a change in environment from the rooms filled to the brim with books, paper, chairs, and other miscellaneous objects. No, this room was different. It looked "clean" in a way with the white walls and flooring and... what was that over in the corner.
A sharp yelp escaped the canine's muzzle as he instinctively backed around the corner. He could feel his heart beating hard in his chest. Who was that that he had seen standing in the strange room? He looked just as startled as Crowley had been. In fact, Crowley could have sworn he had seen that canine before. A mix of black and white fur, a red bandana, definitely familiar. Carefully making his way back around the corner he swallowed all of his courage in a decision to investigate.
The dog in the room decided to do the same. Tilting his head in a bit of confusion the feeling was even furthered. This canine Crowley had seen was mimicking him flawlessly. Frustration swelled inside the mutt. Was this dog mocking him? Anger flooded through his body as he ran at a sprint and lunged, the other canine mimicking. Crowley snapped back into reality as he struck what felt like a wall and tumbled backwards. What had happened?
Pacing back and forth in front of the canine that stood before him - his company doing the exact thing right back to him - Crowley came to a conclusion that his opponent must have been behind a window. He huffed, unsure of what to do next.

Lola was not hungry but not full she ate last night but it was early the next morning and she wasnt feeling very well she was intense and just cautious she wanted to rest she wanted to be done wandering and just stay somewhere but she knew it was off limits she walked up to the school she wanted to be an explorer she explored hotels and schools she liked it and had fun doing it she walked into the doors and spotted Crowley she was now curious and scared. She approached him quietly "Hello?" she said softly trying not to be afraid buit being afraid was just her she was afraid of many thing she had a list that seemed to continue on and on and when she was bored she would go over the list trying to memorize everything she was afraid of was hard atleast to her she was a simple easy going dog who did not like to be constintly thinking but sometimes she genuinly had to. She swallowed her fear and walked closer then got about three strides away and stopped she would go no further until she knew more. Everyone and anyone could come here this could be a gentleman or a mugger she couldnt be sure he looked awefully friendly to her though just wait she thought to herself as she sat down. Attachments:

That is, until another canine appeared through the "window" that he had found himself staring into, wondering about the canine who mimicked his every move, the canine who mocked him through the safety of the glass. It was almost as if he was entranced until the fur on the nape of his neck stood up and a shiver went down his spine. He wasn't alone in this room, someone was behind him.
He turned abruptly to see another canine who had looked identical to that which he had seen in the window. He let out a sharp bark in surprise and clamored to his feet, muscles tensed and ready for anything.
Seeing as how this female appeared non-threatening and seemed to harbor no ill intentions he allowed himself to relax a bit, flattening his ears atop his head. "Sorry, miss. You just startled me a bit," he said in an attempt to clear the air of any misinterpretations of his own actions. His amber eyes gazed at her almost warily as he was unsure of her intentions and - at this moment - wanted to get back to his mirror window watching, in case those other two managed to escape.
In an attempt to hurry through the conversation he quickly added, "My name is Crowley." He paused for a moment to look back over his shoulder at the other two canines who seemed to be having a conversation as well. He cleared his throat a bit before turning back to face her. "Mister Crowley."

Lola settled down and relaxed he was obviously friendly "Hello Mister Crowley i am Lola do you mind if i stay here for a while i have no place else to go." she stoppedtalking and listen something she didnt do very often Lola was playfuland funny she was able to be serious but she was on rare ocasions she was now aware that this dog was obviously male no duh.
She also relized he was cute and larger than she was not much but he was but she was fast and quick so whatever happened she was ready she was also a good hunter she usually cam up with something every time she did hunt she also enjoyed hunting it gave her a chance to check out her surroundings.
She took a couple more steps and settled once again just this time she was a lttle closer.

He nodded in comprehension and repeated back to her her own name. "Hello miss Lola." His amber eyes gazed at her feminine form as he took in her current position and how she was acting. She seemed relaxed and quite calm under the conditions that the two had never met before. Typically that caused quite a bit of tension; however, it left Crowley with a strong sense of relief as he mimicked the expressions displayed to him.
His muscles loosened as he allowed himself to relax. She didn't seem so threatening and therefore he did not feel the need to remain so tense and on guard through an entire conversation. Already he had managed to forget the reflections of the two canines behind him.
His ears perked up as she spoke, asking him for permission to stay. He paused for a brief moment in thought before speaking. "I'm sorry to say that I cannot answer your question." His voice was full of sincerity and truth. "This place does not belong to me and therefore is open to whomever wants to stay. However, if you are inquiring me for permission to converse some more I would have to say, 'Sure.'" The spotted male's tail wagged slightly as he spoke. It was nice to have company.

[glow=red,2,300]LOLA[/glow]Lola smiled and then got up moving so that she was laying next to him but about a foot away "Thank you will you be staying here long?" she continued smiling she liked Crowley he was a gentlemen and she wasnt afraid of him it never took her long to determine friend or for so this made it easier since he was so friendly. Lola's mood swung in the air and she suddenly became hungry and sad but she kept the smile "Are you hungry, I am." she spoke her words soft and quiet not only was she hungry she was tired but she could never fall asleep on an empty stomach if he was hungry she could hunt for them both or they could hunt together she would never let someone hunt for her that would make everything boring. She had moved closer. Was that good or bad? His muscles instinctively tensed from having someone so close. However, he soon got over the sensation and relaxed once again, she had not tried to strike him in any way and seemed just as relaxed as himself. He couldn't help but smile when she smiled at him - since smiling is contagious.
He shrugged his shoulders at her question. "I'm not entirely sure how long I am going to stay. I hadn't really planned that far ahead." He paused to gather his thoughts. "In all honesty, I had no intention of even entering this place today. I guess it's a good thing I did though, otherwise I'd never have met you." He let out a short, well-mannered laugh before Lola began talking again.
"Are you hungry?" she inquired. The mutt opened his mouth only slightly beginning the question that would ask if she was hungry as well, but the husky beat him to it. Crowley lowered his ears and gave a good-natured grin in her direction.
"Well, I could go catch us something if you want," he offered, his head turned to face her directly. He blinked his amber eyes as they began to feel dry and cracked. Had he not been blinking? What an odd thing to forget to do. Then, as if to emphasize his offer, he stood to his full height and padded towards the door, stopping briefly to look over his shoulder, inviting her to join him. As he looked back he noticed those two canines in the window were leaving as well. Good. In all honesty, he had already forgotten about them.

[glow=red,2,300] LOLA[/glow]"Iam coming too" she called as she got up and trotted over to him her one blue eye and borwn eye sparkling. Sh went out the door walking and panting slightly it was rainging but barely and she saw a puddle and went over to take a drink. Then went back to join crowey she quickly smelled something "This way" she said leading him west of the school where her nose led her into the woods the smell kept getting stronger and stronger and she stopped every now and then to wait for Crowley making sure he was still behind her. Once she saw her target, a female deer, she lowered her body as much as she could and sat still waiting for crowey she loved this she had always hunted by herself but it was much more fun and this was her chance to impress Crowley she was excited "One, Two, Three" She took off not waiting. He waited patiently by the door for her. She seemed eager and almost bolted through the door. The female appeared to know what she was doing. He followed behind her at a safe distance, making sure to stay far enough back so if she were to abruptly turn the two would not collide but close enough to be of any assistance. A small shiver ran up the canine's spine from the winter chill and mild rain.
He froze in place as he spotted what she must have been tracking. A doe stood near the abandoned playground where a few rusted swing sets and slides still managed to stand. His muscles tensed as he readied himself for the hunt. Just a few steps closer and - woah!
Lola had counted down and took off with very little warning. A little in shock, Crowley stood nearly petrified. He quickly shook off the feeling and took chase as well, the female deer on the run. Taking a sharp left he cut off the large prey, forcing her to turn back towards the husky. Crowley may not have been powerful or strong but he was quick in both his wits and his movements.

Lola miled as she saw Crowley then cicled the doe before just taking a charge at it neck she clampsed down as hard as she could she was having fun but she stopped like always and listened to the heart beat slow and steady bump bump bump bump then it just stopped she dropped it from her mouth and began panting "That was fun thanks for helping" she said still panting she looked at him eyes sparkling and sun setting behind her "Now can you drag this back to the building? Cause i dont think i can." she giggle and purposely bumped into him.
"I have known you for like three hours and you are already like a best friend." she smiled it was true he was friend like to her and she hadnt had many friends which made his like her best friend,

Casually, he made his way over towards the kill. He listened to her words as she explained the fun the hunt had allowed and nodded in agreement. When she asked if he could drag the doe back towards the building he paused for only a brief moment before speaking. "Oh, yeah, of course." He had actually lost track of what had been happening for a short second as he had been somewhat entranced. She playfully bumped into him and he padded towards the kill and grabbed one of its hind legs, tugging at it, dragging it across the ground.
He dropped his quarry as Lola began to speak again. A friend? But not only that, a best friend. His amber eyes lit up at the statement and his tail wagged a bit. In all reality, he really had no friends - except Sarah, but who even knew if she was real? Do figments of one's imagination count as real "friends?" He shrugged off the thought.
This had been the most social interaction he had had with a real canine since he could remember. Something about a relationship - a relationship of any kind - sort of scared him, though. The only memories he had of others were ones where they became hurt because of him. Luckily, Sarah - the figment of his imagination - could never be physically hurt, but Lola... well, that was a different story.
The mutt allowed a short, awkward laugh to escape from his muzzle at the husky's statement. "Well, to be completely truthful, I don't have many friends to begin with. So, to think of you as a friend is truly something special." He grinned at her before grabbing at the deer's leg once again and pulling it towards the schoolhouse.

She cocked her head "really i havent had very many friends either. I guess i just am not compatible with many people but i am happy i found you and a nother readon i dont really make friends i move aroound way to much but if you stay so will i." this was true she had one friend but who knew where he was his name was Oliver he was older than her and more of a brotherly figure than anything.
Lola helped him drag the kill back to the school then pulled it up the stares to the second floor and went into a room that was bare nothing in it except them and the food. she started plucking the fur from the stomach and then the back until the whole thing was also bare.
