Ranks Explained
Ulfric- Main Alpha. They may also be addressed as King or Queen depending on their gender
Amator- Mate or Lover of the Ulfric. They hold no political input and can not lay down laws though they are still an alpha and should be treated as such.
Kral- Heir to the throne
Upea- Royal Pup

The Code

About the Code: The Code is a set of core personal laws that every wolf within the Linos Pack is requested to uphold. These are not laws but should be counted as personal standards.


Laws
--The Ulfric's Word is Law
--Only take a mate that is willing. Rape and the keeping of "Slaves" for personal use will earn you an automatic death sentence without trial.
--A rank is to be earned and may be taken away as punishment or for failing in a job
--Pups and Pregnant Females are to be protected and kept from battle under any circumstance
--Your home is yours, treat it with respect as you would treat another pack member
--Hunt for yourself, eat for yourself but in a pack hunt, highest rank eats first then pups, pregnant females. After that it goes by rank.

Acceptance and Joining
Linos is for the noble, loyal and brave of heart. Each creature must be brought before the council or Ulfric to await decision and rank. It is at this time that the creature in question must present themselves in a way that shows that they embody the ideals of the Linos Pack. Should the creature be accepted within the ranks of the Linos, it is then up to them to do everything in their power to uphold the laws and beliefs of the pack they serve as well as thrive in the law of their Ulfric. It is considered an honor to be able to help the life of another or bring life into the world. Males and Females will always hold equal status in their ranks with one another as neither is lesser than the other. Partnership, teamwork and strength of mind and body are all things that a Linos dog holds high in their heart, almost as high as their pack mates and family within the pack.

Coming of Age
Upon reaching the second year of age (or when they are ready beyond that), A pup within the ranks of the Linos are required to leave the pack for one season and will be under the rank of Vagare (retaining their status as a pack member). During this time, the pup is required to seek out another being and serve their every need to learn what the world has to offer. When the season has ended, they will return to the Linos if they so chose and present the lesson that they have learned before the council and the ruling pair. A pup may chose to wait for up to 4 years of age to go on this mission but during the time that they are waiting, they must take on an apprenticeship with another wolf.

The Council
These wolves are high ranking wolves in the pack and serve as an advisory to the Ulfric. They are valued members of the pack as they have obtained their rank for showing high skill in their area of expertise. While the council provides ideas to the Ulfric, they do not make decisions for the pack. Those abilities lie only with the Ulfric and in some cases, the Nepe and Riparo.
